Nandana Dev Sen was born on 19th August 1967 in Cambridge, MA to Amartya Sen, a Nobel Prize winning economist and Nabanita Dev Sen, a Bengali writer.Nandana Sen also known as Nandana Dev Sen, is an Indian actress.She is the daughter of Nobel Laureate and Bharat Ratna economist Amartya Sen and Padma Shri winner Nabanita Dev Sen, one of the most prominent authors in the contemporary Bengali literature. Nandana Sen made her first debut in Bollywood as Rani Mukherji's 17 year old sister in the movie Black.
